We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! Eagle Teleconferencing!!!!!! They went above and beyond tonight on my call! I was having trouble with my conference call and I was confused at the proper way to conduct a conference call so I called Eagle Teleconferencing and they directed me in the correct way! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

I have just recently began using Eagle Teleconferencing Services and I am more than happy with them. I was confused at first but their patient associates explained the whole process to me and I was able to set up an account and schedule a conference call all in the same day. I now understand the simple process and I am doing conference calls several times a week now. My first year working at a new company I had taken a vacation. The second day I called in to make sure everything was still going as planned. I was told that everyone was in a panic about something that was going completely wrong. The problem needed to be resolved that day and I was 400 miles away from home. I obviously couldn't get home in time to fix this problem before the meeting with the new clients the next day. So I called into Eagle Teleconferencing and set up an account and got my conference line reserved and the next day I was able to be apart of the meeting that I was originally suposed to miss. It went really really well and it was like we were actually in the room with the clients and the rest of our employees. What a relief to it was to get that out of the way and get on with my vacation with no other worries.

I am 2 months off from my due date and I have been really worried about taking my maternity leave because when I get back I will have a huge pile of things that need done. I have set up an account with Eagle Teleconfering and I am planning to do conference calls with my boss while I am gone, this way I won't be way behind when I get back. I can also use these conference calls to attend our company meetings. This is going to be great because that way I will be able to enjoy my leave instead of being worried about work. I just love with Eagle Teleconferencing we are able to know how many people are on our conference call right then. It is very exciting that when you hit the *8 the automated voice comes on and tells you that you have 200 or 300 or more people on your call. It is so fun.

I HAVE SEVERAL AUDIO PODIUMS WITH EAGLE CONFERENCING. SOMETIMES I PUT IN REQUESTS TO HAVE ONE CALL MOVED FROM ONE VM TO ANOTHER. NO PROBLEM WITH EAGLE! THE TECHS GET RIGHT ON IT! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
