I have had to set up several asap calls with Eagle conferencing. My boss forgets to tell me these things. LOL!!! The staff at Eagle are very patient with everyone in these matters & my boss stays happy!

I am overseas & have an account with Eagle teleconferencing so, I can communicate at anytime with my family members back in the states. I can call in any time to set up a conference line or make changes to an existing conference call. There is someone there 24/7 to help me with any needs I might have.

I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. I now have my own account & have reviewed some of the features for a speaker. I didn't realize there is a feature that a speaker can use to block out the noise. Put the call in lecture mode! That's all it takes! When I want tp hear anyone's comments, I can open the call up! Thanks Eagle!
