I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. We requested a transcription of a conference call from Eagle Teleconferencing. Everything that is said in the conference call is typed word for word. We use this on our conference calls so we can keep track of topics on our meetings. It is also a good idea in case someone happens to miss the conference call meeting. This is a great idea for conference calls. I think on my next conference call I will have to try this. I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

Eagle conference calls have done it again! I was supposed to schedule a conference call for my boss and some of her co-workers. They needed a conference call today at 3:00 pm EST. My grandmother has been very sick and we have family all over the states, it is very hard to up date everyone on grandmothers condition. Often we host Q & A calls where an operator is on our call at all times to assist with directions on how to ask questions & announce when there is a new question to be asked.
