I have been using this companies service for over ten years now and I am very pleased with it. I have had no problems with any of their services and they are always adding new services that I am eager to learn and use. I think they are Great

I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

Eagle Teleconferencing has a feature that I really like on our conference calls and that is entry and exit tones. It is so cool that when somebody enters the conference call there is a beep and then when somebody exits the conference call there is a beep. This lets us now that people are entering and exiting the conference call. Great feature thanks Eagle Teleconferencing!

I was on a huge conference call last night and there was a lot of noise. The moderators of the conference call kept saying to hit *6 on your phone to mute your line. This is a great idea for conference calls. I think on my next conference call I will have to try this. I know there is an option to mute the whole conference call but I think the moderators wanted to keep the whole conference call open. Moderators can hit *5 to mute out the whole conference call and then they can speak without any noise. I do like this feature also but to keep an open conference call *6 sounds good. I am going to try this on my conference call tonight.

I was recently visiting my grandchildren across country & got a call from my office manager. I was needed for an important transaction. Playbacks are another service that eagle offers...It is quite simple...After you have a call recorded you can send in a playback form (on the bottom of a record form) and when your participants call in for the call the operators at Eagle can start the playback at a selected time and they can hear the already recorded call again. it is great and simple.

Have you ever gotten off a conference call and wished that it had been recorded? With Eagle it can be! You need to ask Eagle to send you a record form and you have to fill it out and send it in just 24 hours before the call. Eagle takes it from there. They record the call and then you can choose to have the call sent to you in a variety of ways!

I just love with Eagle Teleconferencing we are able to know how many people are on our conference call right then. It is very exciting that when you hit the *8 the automated voice comes on and tells you that you have 200 or 300 or more people on your call. It is so fun.

I used Eagle Teleconferencing last night for the first time, and the quality of there conference lines are wonderful. They have a lot of features that are easy to use, you just use on your touch tone phone! I really love that I can always find out how many participants are on my conference line. Eagle Teleconferencing is my great way to sell product ideas. I get an idea, email several major companies and give them the assigned pin numbers to be participant callers. When its time we call into the call and I give them a web site to log onto and follow along with the slides as i give my presentation. At the end of the call I open it up for a question and answer session, followed by a closing in which i give a telephone number and an email address in which they may reach me if they are interested in investing. Music is playing when conferees/ callers call in to the conference call and then the music stops when the moderator joins the conference call. This is a great feature so the conferees/ callers know that they are on the conference call and know when the moderator joins the conference call

There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call!
