I had a guest on my call this evening that had a lot of back round noise and static on her line. So I called into the reservations staff at Eagle Teleconferencing and they told me that I could get back onto my call and an operator would get into the call and take care of my problem. I hadn't even had time to dial into my call yet when they had got into my call and take care of the problem. That took a huge load off my shoulders
