You need to ask Eagle to send you a record form and you have to fill it out and send it in just 24 hours before the call. Eagle takes it from there. They record the call and then you can choose to have the call sent to you in a variety of ways!

I was on a huge conference call last night and there was a lot of noise. The moderators of the conference call kept saying to hit *6 on your phone to mute your line. This is a great idea for conference calls. I think on my next conference call I will have to try this. I know there is an option to mute the whole conference call but I think the moderators wanted to keep the whole conference call open. Moderators can hit *5 to mute out the whole conference call and then they can speak without any noise. I do like this feature also but to keep an open conference call *6 sounds good. I am going to try this on my conference call tonight.

I am a government official. Most of the subjects that require conference calls are very private and about confidential matters. Thats why we use Eagle Teleconferencing services. They have a feature known as security. This is used for confidentiality and privacy. Its blocks access to anyone who is not authorized to participate in the conference. Once the call starts, simply push *7 on your phone, and the call goes into security mode. From then on, no one may enter the call, not even the operators at Eagle Teleconferencing, making everything you say private and this leaves no chance for prying ears. To get the security function, ask the reservationist to turn it on while you make your reservation.

Its a revelution

In the television business, no one stays in one location for very long. Its hard and takes weeks to schedual any kind of conference to get business taken care of or discussed. This is why I am very thankful for conference calls. It can be schedualled last minute, and as long as you know how to get contact with the other members of your party, you can have a conference call at any time of the day, with as many people as you need, from as many locations as you need!!! Even overseas!!
Its more than convenient!! Its a revelution!!!

I really like the music on hold feature for conference calls. A lot of people that call into my conference calls used to hang up when they didn't hear anybody on the call but now with the music on hold they know that I haven't called in to start the conference call meeting.
