Eagle Teleconferencing is offering a new type of account where you can now see the phone numbers of all your participants. I have an account with them that comes with a web viewer that allows me to see who is calling in. This list is always up to date and really helps with me to get sales leads from the prospective clients who called in. This has been a great upgrade for Eagle and I for one am very happy to have taken advantage of it.
