When we call to set up a conference line sometimes we don't know how many people to expect to be on the call. If we need to add more lines in the middle of a call we know we can call into Eagle and they will add more lines as often as we call in. And if we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before the call then they will also do that for us as well. There are a number of things that may need changed or that could go wrong during a conference call and it is a real comfort knowing that there is a staff member at Eagle there at all times to make sure your call goes as smoothly as possible.
