When we set up a conference call sometimes we don't know how many people to expect on the conference call. If we need to add more lines in the middle of a conference call we know we can call into Eagle Teleconferencing and they will add more lines if the lines are available. If we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before a conference call they can do that for us as well. There are a number of things that may need changed on a conference call or that could go wrong during a conference call and it is a real comfort knowing that there is a staff member at Eagle Teleconferencing there at all times to make sure our conference call goes as smoothly as possible.
