Eagle Teleconferencings web conferencing, has been so easy to use. I even had my sales rep., go through and do a demo presentation, to help me better understand how to use the service! I can do live chat while in my conference and while I am doing my slide show. I have just recently signed up for there conference calls, and I can use the conference calls and the web conferencing together. It will be such a great feature to have these two accounts together.
