I have used Eagle conferencing for years. Sometimes if I need to change the time of one of my conference lines, the reservationist will remind me that my pin numbers might change. I like this. That way, it's not a big surprise if I get a new confirmation with different pins. or give out the wrong ones. They all look out for their customers.
