We recently set up conference call account with Eagle Teleconferencing and decided that we would try the music on hold feature. This is a great feature to use on conference calls. When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop. This is a great feature for participants dialing into the conference call that way they know that the call hasn't started yet and they don't miss anything on the conference call.
