My grandfather is very sick and we have family all over it is very hard to up date everyone on granfathers condition. Eagle Teleconferencing has a great feature for conference calls that my company uses sometimes for our conference calls. They call it a dial out. It is very easy! I don't have to do anything but sit by the phone and wait for them to call me, and then they place me into the conference call with the other clients. We really enjoy using this feature on conference calls!

*8 is great for conference calls!

We just love Eagle Teleconferencing! We are able to know how many people are on our conference calls right then. It is very exciting that when you hit the *8 in the conference calls the automated voice comes on and tells you that you have 200 or 300 or more people on your conference call. It also gives me controll to mute and record the call myself. Also if there is a line causing troubles I can find that person and hang them up or mute just there line myself. This is so cool

Finding time for family and work

As a working mother of 3 very active kids it is very hard some times to make it to dance class, basketball game, football games etc... and still being able to work. What a life saver!!!

I am 2 months off from my due date and I have been really worried about taking my maternity leave because when I get back I will have a huge pile of things that need done. Muting your Conference line

On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again.

Playingback Conference Calls

Eagle Teleconferencing also has a great tool to go along with having your conference calls recorded. Once the conference call is recorded, they can play it back for you at a different time/date. This is a great service to use because if some people missed the original conference then they really haven't missed anything because they can just listen to the playback. This is great because then everyone is on the same page for the next call.

24/7 Conference Calls

Eagle Teleconferencing has a great service for 24/7 conference calls. Our company just set up one of these accounts for these conference calls. It works great because anyone with the pin numbers can use this conference line when they need too. This is a great tool for us because people are always traveling and they can call back in on the conference call to touch base and tell us how the business is going. Operator Assisted Calls

We also use this type of conference call. You don't need to use pin numbers. Eagle Teleconferencing operators answer participants right away. Eagle Teleconferencing operators can take down information from participants like names, phone numbers, & email addresses etc. This lets us keep track of participants on conference calls and if there is any problems the operator is right there for any assistance that we might need on the conference calls. You can also have Eagle Teleconferencing send you the information by fax or email after the call is over! This is very helpful! *5 for Lecture Mode

Our company holds a huge conference call every week and as the moderator of the call *5 has saved all of those conference calls. All I have to do is hit *5 and it mutes out all other participants that way I can talk without any disruptions. Then if I ask questions I can hit *5 again and it opens up the conference call so people can answer! What a great feature!

*0 For Help!

I recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions!
