Announcing our engagment with a conference call
I have an account with EagleTeleconferencing and it has recently came in very handy for me. I got engaged and wanted to tell everyone at once so that I didn't hurt anyones feelings because some pople would know before other people. So I just called Eagle Teleconferencing and set up a conference line. And then emailed everyone that information to get in the conferene line. Then everyone called in and I told everyone the good news at once. So everyone was excited and happy that I had an account set up with Eagle so no one was left out finding out the good news. Yeah, me and my wife just found out that we were going to have a baby. And we did that exact same thing. We called Eagle Teleconferencing, set up a conference line with them, and then shared the good news with everyone at once.
Thats a good idea too. I'm sure when that time comes I'll get ahold of Eagle Teleconferencing again and set up another conference call with them so we can do that too. Especially since it worked out so well for me that last time.
I also used Eagle Teleconferencing to make an announcement. My husband and I got a divorce and I didnt want to have to go through the misery of telling everyone individually so I got a 24/7 line from Eagle Teleconferencing and pre recorded a message and had them call in and find out that way.
Here's some bad news...That's how I found out my wife was cheating on me. She was having a conference call affair and she's pregnant with my child. She was using my conference calls to have her affair! Thanks to Eagle Teleconferencing I changed the pin numbers of the conference calls and put a password on the account so she can not access the account!
Thanks to Eagle Teleconferencing I used their conference calls to set up a support group for husbands that have cheating wives! I wonder if the child is mine? That would be another good conference call subject!
Well Marty your wife should have been using the security mode on her conference calls, so know one could come in and listen to her and her lovers calls! Its really easy when setting up the conference call she just need to ask for the security option and the once both participants were on the call hit *7!
Well she will not be using my conference calls anymore! She will have to call Eagle Teleconferencing and set up her own account! Then she can try *7 on her own conference calls.
This would work with the planning of the wedding. If your future inlaws live out of state but want to be a part of the plans, Eagle can set up conference lines anytime you need them. Everyone stays happy & not left out!

It is very easy, I don't have to do anything but sit by the phone and wait for them to call me, and then they place me into the conference call with the other clients. We really enjoy using this feature!
