Conference Calls for Client Interviews
Our company recently needed a way to interview new clients for our company. We found that conference calls with Eagle Teleconferencing were the way to go. We set up various conference call times and gave each client the information to call into the conference calls. This was very helpful in the process of interviewing new clients and in case there were any problems with the dates and times of the conference calls Eagle Teleconferencing changed them right away for us! Well it's not a complicated conference call. All you have to do is call Eagle Teleconferencing and of course you have to give them the information like date, time, and the names and phone numbers of the participants and an operator will call them and place them into the conference call for you! You don't have to use pin numbers to get into the conference call! I think its very helpful!
Wow that sounds like a pretty easy conference call! I think our company will have to try this type of conference call! I like that you don't have to call in and use a pin number! Saves me a lot of time trying to remember what time, what phone number,what pin number, and having the conference call operator call you! I can't wait to set one of these conference calls up! Well I will also have to try this dial out type of conference call with our company. Sounds like it would save lots of time! I have several conference lines that are 24/7 and those are helpful too!
What are 24/7 conference calls?
You set those up with Eagle Teleconferencing and the conference call line is always open! You use the same pin numbers all the time for the conference call and you can call into the conference call anytime! IT's great you don't have to keep reserving conference calls all the time because they never end unless you cancel them! You can also change the pin numbers in case you need to and you use the same phone number all the time!

I also recommend recording conference calls. We have also had some of the client interviews recorded because of administrators not being able to attend the conference call interviews and we have Eagle Teleconferencing send us the weblink by email.
That sounds like a great idea for conference calls too! I know in our busy schedules we cannot attend conference call meetings and we don't want to miss things! That sounds great!
