Muting your Conference line
On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again.

I do like this feature for conference calls. It is very helpful to eliminate those noisey lines on the conference calls. I have 2 dogs and they can be very loud sometimes so i just hit*6 and no one can hear them on the conference call. Great feature for conference calls!
