I am so glad there is someone at Eagle at all times. I set up a call for my boss tonight, when the 5 minute ending warning tones went off I knew my boss was no where close to being done. So I jumped on my other line called Eagle and they extended our call for us. It only took a couple of seconds. My boss did not get interrupted and was able to finish his speech.

I found out that a company I was interested in was having a seminar through a conference call. I was excited to know that I would have the chance to use Eagle and its services. It mutes out the whole call except for the moderators on the conference call. Then if you want to talk to the participants you would just hit *5 again and it takes it out of lecture mode. Then everyone can talk on the conference call.
