With Eagle Teleconferencings new 605 bridge I was given a web address so when I have a call I can access the web and see everyone that calls into my call. I can also start my own recording and playbacks. This is so cool. I just love it.
Did you know that you can also request a cd for your own recording. I like to keep records of certain calls & I like the idea of having a cd at my fingertips for listening & reviewing.
I have been on alot of conferencing call where there has been quit a bit of back ground noise and nothing could be done about it. Tonight I was on a conference call through Eagle Teleconferencing, someone on the call started pushing buttons. We could not here the speaker. Then another person got off the line called Eagle and within seconds the noise was gone. I just could not believe some one was there to help. It was great.
