Customer Service

We have many conference calls with Eagle Teleconferencing and are so impressed with the great service they provide for us. Eagle Teleconferencing has one of the friendliest customer service departments that we have ever had to deal with. When we have a problem with our conference calls we call Eagle Teleconferencing customer service and they fix it right away! Thanks Eagle Teleconferencing!

Yes Eagle Teleconferencing is the greatest for conference calls. I talk to Eagle Teleconferencing everyday to scheduled conference calls and they are so friendly!

I also to talk to Kay in the sales department about recording our conference calls and she is so nice. She helps me a lot with my recorded conference calls.

I haven't ever had to call customer service for any problems yet, but it's nice to know that Eagle conferencing will be there for help if we need it.

The tech department at Eagle conferencing is the best. I had a call recorded, but wanted only parts of it posted to the web & the techs said no problem. They did exactly as I asked.

My grandfather has been very sick and we have family all over the United States. It is very hard to up date everyone on granfathers condition. I had been on conference calls with our buisness so I called Eagle Teleconferencing to see if I could set up an account. They set me up with a 24 hour conference line, so the dial in number and the pin number is the same all the time. We gave all family members the information and we set up several different time during the day so we could all call in and get up dated on grandfather and discuss any treatments that need to be done for his recovery. Thank you Eagle Teleconferening in providing my family with such great audio services.
