We also use this type of conference call. You don't need to use pin numbers. Eagle Teleconferencing operators answer participants right away. Eagle Teleconferencing operators can take down information from participants like names, phone numbers, & email addresses etc. This lets us keep track of participants on conference calls and if there is any problems the operator is right there for any assistance that we might need on the conference calls. You can also have Eagle Teleconferencing send you the information by fax or email after the call is over! This is very helpful! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing for such great conference call service!

On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again.
