Audio Podiums

I have come to find that it is quite hard sometimes working around people's busy schedules. With Audio Podiums you can have your call recorded and then placed on a 24/7 voice mail box. People who were not able to attend the teleconference can then dial in at their own convince.

Our company holds conference call meetings with Eagle Teleconferencing and we also use their 24/7 voicemail so they can listen to missed conference call meetings.

I have a new call posted each week to audio podium. If I need to refer back to old calls, I just call Eagle conferencing with my request & they can post it any way I want it.

Did you know that if you want to change a part of your recording to audio podium, all you have to do is call Eagle conferencing. They can set up a short recording in no time & the tech department can insert your short recording for you?

We recently set up conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and decided that we would try the music on hold feature. This is a great feature to use on conference calls. When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop. This is a great feature for participants dialing into the conference call that way they know that the call hasn't started yet and they don't miss anything on the conference call.
